These slides are an accompaniment to the eye emergencies teaching session and the Eye Problems module of the EMC course.

The Eye Emergency Manual produced by the NSW department of health is a resource familiar to many NSW ED doctors.  It is often found somewhere on the flightdesk of most EDs in the state and is a great resource when assessing eye emergencies in the ED, and communicating your findings to your nearest ophthalmology team.


The Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital has a useful list of Golden Eye Rules.
